Learned + Lived
I practice what I preach.
I have trained at world-class institutions like the Cleveland Clinic. At the same time, I’ve applied what I’ve learned to myself. This application has led to constant learning to improve my own health, that I can help you do as well.
If I recommend a treatment or lifestyle change, it’s the same thing I’d recommend for one of my family members and the same treatment I’d want done to myself.
Dedicated to improving your life
After medical school I decided to specialize in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - or, simply, PM&R. I chose this specialty because I believe in maximizing your functional ability so you do the things you love without being limited by health issues.
From helping patients with everything from spinal cord injuries to traumatic brain injuries to chronic pain I’ve come to learn one very important lesson:
People want to live their lives and not be held back by medical conditions.
And that’s my single focus as your doctor. Get you back to living your life and doing what you love.
